Structured driver interviews are usually competency-based and very often preceded by a
pre-interview form: a handful of written examples you submit in advance. The form is not
administration. It is the source material the interviewer will spend the next hour probing, and
it is the single most under-prepared document in the whole process.
Most operators put you through two interviews, and they are not the same
exercise. Preparing for one and being given the other is a common and avoidable way to lose
this.
