Is it really one payment?
Yes. No subscription, no renewal, no card kept on file for later. You buy a tier and it
stays bought, through every attempt you are allowed and however long the gaps between them
are — which, under the current rules, can be years.
What is the refund policy?
Fourteen days, no questions, even if you have read every guide. Practice material that
needs a hostage policy is not confident about being worth the money.
Do I need Gold or Platinum to use the simulators?
Not for Group Bourdon or the VSE — both are free in full, and will stay free. Every other
test has a free demo paper, which is enough to see what it asks. To train on them — a
fresh paper every run, the exam version at the real length, and a whole stage back to
back in Day mode — you need Gold. Platinum adds the MMI drill and the enhanced VSE — the
version with the track and the shape sets — which sits alongside the standard VSE rather
than replacing it.
I bought Gold. Can I move up to Platinum?
Yes, for the difference: £40. Sign in with the email you bought Gold on and the Platinum
button on this page becomes the move up. You never pay twice for the same thing.
Can you guarantee I will pass?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Cut-off scores are set by the operator, are not
published, and move. What preparation reliably fixes is pace, method and surprise — which
is where most of the avoidable failures are.
Can I talk it through with someone?
Yes. A one-to-one session is an hour on your own application: advice
on getting in, a read of your CV and form, and a talk-through of how the tests and the
interviews will go. It is £79, or £59 if you hold Platinum, and booked separately.
I have my assessment in four days.
Then do not buy anything yet. Open the simulators, sit the exam version of Group Bourdon
and the VSE tonight, and read the two free guides that go with them. If what you
find worries you, come back for the rest.
